		<description>Some good ad vice, though I&#039;m not sure I agree with #10.  I wish it were true, but iI don&#039;t think it&#039;s always the case. I&#039;ve seen too many hard workers go unrewarded while those who are all talk and no action get promoted.  

And I don&#039;t think you&#039;ll have to worry about your girls -- I&#039;m sure they&#039;ll do well! They were already on the right track ten years ago.</description>

IMO, it is the job of the Project Manager to grab this authority and not to expect that s/he&#039;s getting it for granted.
